Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Concierge :
- Previous Experience as a Concierge preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have experience working with and be sensitive to the needs of elders or disabled individuals
- Experience in customer / guest services position where face to face interactions with customer were required strongly preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintain Knowledge of service offerings and health care services, products and processes
- Display a warm, friendly and professional greeting to all residents / visitors as well as answer telephone calls in friendly and professional manner.
- Be Familiar with the resident's family members and schedules.
- Be familiar with basics on Medicare / Medicaid / Commercial insurances.
- Will be on the weekend admission coverage rotation.
- Will promote a caring and compassionate atmosphere recognizing the residents / visitors needs and rights.
- Provide discharging residents a satisfaction survey. Introduce yourself to new admits as theirs "go to" person.
